I'm using this post to reach out to Public Mobile Service people.
I've tried a number of time to generate a ticket on this matter without success. Why? I have no idea. You'd think after 30 odd years of working in engineering I'd be able to fill out a form but apparently not in this case.
Anyhow, if you folks are monitoring this community please get back to me.

hI @lpletzer It is not you, it is just that he chatbot does not work for CPO ticket/ phone return. (broken for many months)
you have no choice but to message CS agent here:

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
