HI, I just set up a friend for Public Mobile. I haven't done that for a while and I never used the friend referral code before so I had to skip it. Now my friend is all set up on Public mobile but now I want to register my code so that we both get the friend referral. It says that I can do it within 48 hours to still get it but how and where do I go to do that? Do I do it on my account or hers? Thanks for your help:)

@TonyE When you submit a ticket using the link already provided, request a live chat (no guarantees) but it's accommodated on a case by case basis. Good luck.

So, if you have her permission, setup a Community account for her. You can help her to open the ticket using her account and her My Account credentials.. PM likely will validate the identity by asking different questions, with her permission, you can reply on behalf using her Community account 🙂

The only problem is that I set everything up for her as she is a refugee from Ukraine and fleeing the war. Her english is minimal so I did everything. Can I do the conversation with the CS agent as it would be al ot easier for everyone involved?

@TonyE Yes, you have to have your friend, the newly joined one, to open ticket with PM support and have them to add it back manually.
Have your friend to open ticket using one of the two ways below:
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
