The only problem is that I set everything up for her as she is a refugee from Ukraine and fleeing the war. Her english is minimal so I did everything. Can I do the conversation with the CS agent as it would be al ot easier for everyone involved?

We are just the point of putting the 19 digits for the SIM card into the "get started" part and as soon as you do it comes up as "invalid SIM card"
