Cannot reach live agents, ever, no responses. No help. Why is anyone choosing public mobile? Theres not even a number you can call to get any issue dealt with, that would take 20 seconds.

Thanks for the response. And how would I port the number over after I follow those instructions? Thats the most important part. I also am wondering how to get a support agent to lock my esim as the phone has been stolen and I don't want them using my data for god knows what

if you ever recover your account make sure to never forget the password or eversafe will make you go bonkers. It will tell you if you had been locked out, to wait an hour, and yet after an hour if you were able to reset your password, it will still say user locked out. And even if you wait for like a day, it will still be the same thing. This eversafe makes PM worse, they were not like that before.

PM is an online service where you have full control of your self serve account. Hence, lower plan rates.
Communication is all done by private messaging so no verbal communication so click on your avatar top right>Messages and a CS_Agent.

you don't need an agent, you can do it yourself
First, eSIM cannot be transferred. While eSIM is "cool", there are disadvantages as well. For eSIM, if you have a new phone, or if you ever wipe your phone, you will have to re-buy a new eSIM again. There is no such problem with Physical sim card.
To rebuy new eSIM on your new phone, First, download the app on your new phone and login
(if you are unable to receive the 2FA code, click "Didn't receive code" or "Resend code" on the 2FA screen and then select Send Email. You have to reach out to PM support if you still unable to receive 2FA code and login)
Once logged in, click ⊕ or ⧁ at the bottom left to bring up the menu and go to Subscription & Add-on page, scroll down to the bottom and click Shop SIM Card Now. You can buy and install eSIM from there
