I bought 2 25$ vouchers and their not working I’m just trying to get these codes to go through says my accounts suspended any ideas on how I can get this going

Did you make an error and the first $10 voucher worked on the second attempt? Then you tried several times to enter the vouchers? The system will flag your account for fraud after too many attempts and you are only allowed two attempts before having to wait out one hour. but can you tried turn off and turn on device and do it again by *611 or you can login to your account.

@Garretbanks please see @Outdoorsman post above, showing the private message way (2nd method in their post), if the first method (SIMbot) is giving you issues.
You may also choose their post for you solution to your post, to edit it you can click the down arrow to change it.

How do I submit a ticket ?! I’ve been trying to do this for hours and just frustrated that their no real human to talk too what steps do I have to take to get them to load it

Then you should have $50 to be able to load onto your account with those two $25 vouchers, I would say.
Strange the $10 worked right away, but the $25 ones do not. I would not be happy either if I shelled out $'s just to find out something isn't working. The delay in activation is absurd, IMO.
I would submit a ticket to CSA. When they ask the issue, give them those two $25 voucher numbers to load them to your account for you.

shell voucher right away will be working no need to wait for 24 hours to activate.

add to your account by call *611
once connected press (1) then (1) again and enter the 12 digit PIN #, on your receipt.

@Garretbanks - have you tried to add these vouchers through both your My Account and also by calling 611?
Are you using the 12 digit PIN..sometimes there is another 12 digit number listed on the voucher, try that.
If issues persist or if these are ones that take 24 hours after purchase to be activated to load, then submit a ticket to CSA to help them add these for you.

@Garretbanks hi some times it takes up to 24 hours for vouchers to activate if you are having problems ask a cs rep to input them for you edit 1st post disapeared then came back odd?

@Garretbanks where did you get the voucher from? have it been 24 hours yet?? Vouchers from some stores might need 24 hours to activate. If it has not been 24 hours yet, please wait
Also you can try to load the voucher via My Account as well as *611
