How do I get a Customer Support Rep to help?

I need someone to help me change my payment information on 3 phones. I am about to have a coronary. I hate this site.

i hear that, this site is terrible.. so buggy.  It wouldnt even let me order a sim card and I had to pay for one.  I'm still waiting for that reimbursment.

I think there is 1 tech that works here.. starting to understand the concept of this service.

I hope you will be successful soon. Unfortunately public mobile agents CANNOT update cc information for us. Don't bother to contact them for this. This will DEFINITELY get you that coronary.

payment system always has issue for card update.  Wait 24 hours and try again

if you need to resume service first, buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart and load the voucher using *611

if you need agent's help,  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

Login to the PM app then the Payment tab>Update Card Information on each phone…Done!

 You can also try calling 1-855-4PUBLIC if you know the PIN for each account.
