I set up an account with Public Mobile but could not activate the eSIM and the site would not recognise my credit card. Now I want to delete my account, but I can’t find any way to do this. Any ideas?
For other people’s reference, I then tried another provider and set up an eSIM with no trouble, using the same card.
I also tried Public Mobile’s (non-human) support line, which wouldn’t connect but left me waiting several times. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

If you don'tt have auto pay on, your account should be deleted after 90 days of no activity but I don't think there is any way to delete it right now.
Since you got a non-human chat, see if you can talk to an actual agent and if you can get it deleted now

According to PM staff, the old chat bot link that you have been using will not be working to submit tickets on the new expert messaging system. The Expert messaging system has been rolled over across Canada now.
When you click on old chat bot link, you will get this message:
FYI:
The private messaging to CS_Agent will be closed in the next 2-3 days and any old ongoing private messages to CS_Agent will be removed. So Public mobile ideally does not want any private messages to CS_Agent in the next couple of days.

If you did not pay and did not provide your credit card# your account will be cancelled after 90 days of no pay. I doubt it will be 'deleted' as it might stay forever in their database...

hi @Noti
you will need PM support agent to help to delete your account. But maybe you can try to ask them to fix the problem so you can stay
open ticket right at My Account (or PM app) using the new Expert Messaging that just introduced today. Submit ticket with Customer Support through Expert Messaging in one of these ways:
If you cannot access My Account/PM app, please use this link to submit a ticket using the same Community login credentials you are using now: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
