If you have the app, you can go to subscriptions then manage subscriptions and then you can see exactly what you have! (Should also be the same on website)
If you don'tt have auto pay on, your account should be deleted after 90 days of no activity but I don't think there is any way to delete it right now.Since you got a non-human chat, see if you can talk to an actual agent and if you can get it deleted...
