HI @Soconfused which add-on you got and you want to "delete"? You want to delete because you bought it wrong or because you don't think it works? Please remember buying add-on is a 2 steps process. Sometime people think it does not work because people just loaded the money but didn't really go back and buy the add-on after

Why would you want to delete an add-on ? Once you've already paid for it...it's yours to use.
The 10 Day US talk/text/data add-ons only work for 240 hours from the time of purchase...then they expire.
Regarding the other LD add-ons...once you pay for those add-ons, they will stay on your account until you use 'em up..even if that takes several months or more. You won't be paying any more...unless you decide to buy them again.

Add-ons are not refundable.
You could ask agent for refund though and hope you get nice one who will accommodate you. Good luck!
- Use the ticketing system for a faster response time (preferred method as Ticket is assigned and easy to follow up with CSA). Click Chatbot - Ticket and type ticket, then click on Contact Us, then click on issue you inquire about. Link for creating ticket will be presented. If ticketing does not work very fist time do the below.
- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking Here
In either case watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

@Soconfused Is the add-on roaming or domestic use add-on? If a domestic add-on, then you could keep that as it doesn't expire until completely used up.
Add-ons can only be removed and an account credit given (if done in error) by customer support, so you need to submit a ticket via chatbot here: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

You can't. You would need help from the support people.
Which add-on though? If not roaming then it rolls over until finished.

Unfortunately, you can’t delete the Add-on but you can try by contacting a CS_Agent.

Add-ons are final sale an cannot be removed. Also, the purchases of them are one-time only. The only time a customer would need to remove an add-on would be after a U.S. roaming expires as there's a 24-hour delay before it can be repurchased.
