How do I create a ticket for a customer service agent?

Hi @rmm2  what exact problem you need help with ?  if not about refund, we can help.  PM cs agent usually reply after 2 hour or more, but you will get an answer from the Community in 2 minutes  🙂

To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

Ticket has to be opened through chatbot -

Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.

If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking (Ctrl+)Here

Agent’s response is usually between 15 and 120 minutes with a ticket. Private message might take longer.


@rmm2   if you don't mind, share you question here and maybe we have solution and workarounds quicker than waiting for reply from support


For engaging support, here are the two ways:

Please open ticket with PM support using Chatbot:


1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
