Where are you stuck? Did you reply the sms to confirm the port? Using eSIM? Disabled old and enabled Public Mobile eSIM?
You can message them for help, but it might be a long wait for a reply.

I will send you another message to call for the porting team but they tend to not want to help with public mobile customers and only Koodo, but you could try them.
