Hi,
I bought a 1 month pre-paid plan and I am still being charged. The chatbox mentioned clicking unsubscribe, but I do not see this option anywhere. Please help. I would also like to know where I can get a refund for the extra month they charged me. Thank you.

I can log in, but my page does not look like that. I do not have the option to unsubscribe. It just says "Your cart is empty, "Payment Method", and "Your cart".

When you signed up you agreed to the autopay option (which they force on you anyway). You would have needed to have turned the option off to stop any future payments. I don't think you'll get a refund.

@summer_123 PM is pre paid so no refunds . But if you like to cancel your account you can port your number out and it will close the accounts automatically. Or you turn of auto pay and stop paying will close out account in 90 days . Or get support to remove credit card info right away

To "cancel" the plan, you can either port out your number to another provider and your account will be closed upon successful port out of the number
Or you can disable the toggle "Subscribed" to disable Pre-Authorized payment instead. Once it is disabled, PM will not be able to renew your account on your next renewal , your account will then be suspended on that day and 90 more days, it will be closed
To disable Pre-authorized payment, you can use *611 if you know the 4 digits PIN
Or you can also login to My Account and go to Payment page -> Manage Subscribed, and then toggle the "Subscribed" to disable Pre-Authorized payment.
