I paid $60 for a plan and public mobile took my money and won’t issue me a refund or let me contact customer service

HI @Sboyde
PM is a prepaid provider. If you successfully activated a line and have used it, then no refund
but if the activation was not done, then maybe. Please message support agent here and ask
