I have been going around in circles for days trying to get my number ported to my new public mobile acct.  It was woeking yesterday, I was using the number, then this morning got a text sayinh I was issued a new temp number and now my acct says number cant be ported.  I just talked to my old carrier for the millionth time and they assure me there should be no issues.  I need that number and am getting very irritated now.  please help

There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
