I have lost my SIM (when I was overseas I swapped with theirs and then lost my public later). I now purchased the new Public mobile SIM. How do I activate the SIM? I dont want to change my phone number.

@BukhariHussain does it has the option to send email if you click "didn't receive code?" on the send 2FA screen?
you can also try these workarounds to try to get back in My Account

I can't log in to my account because it was sending the PIN number to my phone and I can't get the text because I dont have a SIM, so I chatted with the customer service and he said I had to create a new log in to contact the agent. I was going in circle here. Thank you @Handy1 for proving me the private message link to agent. I have sent the message, lets hope they help.

@BukhariHussain DO NOT activate it , you just need to log into your account profile page and SIM card swap the number like this . If you can t log in ask support to sim swap the number for you
