Or give us more info? Retailer? When did you purchase them? Amount? Did you make two mistakes and have not waited 1 full hour before trying again?

BTW, some vouchers, depending on where purchased, have several hours or more hold before the funds become available so you might need to try add it later which can be done either in your self serve account or by dialing 611 on your phone.

Unlock? So you bought a Public voucher from somewhere? Some places have some kind of delay until the voucher can be redeemed. Be sure to use the 12 digit set of numbers identified as PIN#. If you've been trying a few times then you'll need to wait an hour or so.
