iPhone to Samsung

Why can’t I sent pictures to my friend who has a Samsung, I have an IPhone. I moved from Telus to public mobile and now it doesn’t work. My husband has the exact same issue. Please help.. I’m not the greatest with new technology

Your data must be turned on. Even if you are on WIFI.....Data turned on is a must. Then turn it back off.

Please ensure that MMS messaging is enabled and mobile data is turned on as data is needed to send and receive pictures. 

Also you need to make sure that your on the latest IOS.

From the message settings, turn on send as sms.
