How can I speak to a CS Agent to reconnect my dad's account?

I need to update the payment method details for my dad's account.  How can I do this?

do you know what email address your dad used to login My Account?  If so, you can try to reset the password

if not, you can open a ticket as your dad with PM support, they will ask you some validation question and see if you can answer them.  Message them here

if the main thing is your dad's phone already suspended, a quick way to get the service back is to get at voucher from Shoppers drug mart and then load the voucher using *611 or 1-855-4PUBLIC

How long as your dad been a customer?  Does he remember the email he used for self service account?  His password?  Has he signed up for EverSafe login before?

There is no phone number or live chat feature to contact customer service agent. You can send a private message to CS_Agent via the following link:

But, it will take several hours for CSA to respond.  You will need to answer several security questions to verify the ownership of the account.
