If you have eSIM installed and want to switch to physical SIM card, you don't need to "activate" physical SIM card. Just need to change your SIM card number in your self service account. Do not try to activate a new account with physical SIM card.

Once you change the SIM card number in your account, insert your physical SIM card in your phone.

You need to sign in to your account then go to the "Profile" section if you're on the website or the "Account" section if you're on the app and enter the new SIM card number to change it.
