Hello @puritaereyes , I am surprised you are not aware of methods to do this being a member since 2018.
But if you activated in store, way back when, perhaps you never created a My Account before.
If not you can submit a ticket here to have one created so you can manage your account this way: Create or forgot My Account email or password link
If the account is currently in suspended status you can also look into obtaining a voucher to make a payment through 611, see here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles?q=vouchers

there are couple ways to pay:
1. Login to My Account, then click on the reactivate button to pay
2. using *611, but it needs your 4 digits pin. You cannot use it if you have forgotten it
3. go to get a voucher from stores, preferably from Shoppers drub mart. Then load your voucher via *611

@puritaereyes , my preference is to use the self serve account. Login and you should be able to top up or use a payment card. Make sure to use incognito mode on your browser.

Auto pay can fail
To make payment and reactivate plan .. if you know PIN number you can *611 with a voucher and *611 no PIN needed . You can also do this by by calling 18554PUBLIC . otherwise log into self serve make manual payment and reactivate service and or update credit card if necessary

If you still have service and your plan renews today / tomorrow you can ignore this suspended notice

@puritaereyes simply login to your My Account. then click Reactivate my plan and follow the steps to pay
YOu can also use *611 to pay if you know your 4 digits pin
