How can I make a payment without entering my account? when i tried to enter my account, the system asked me to verify the account with my email, but my email is not longer valid. What can I do??

until you complete updated your account you can use vouchers to purchase from any stations or Shell,
then add to your account by call *611
once connected press (1) then (1) again and enter the 12 digit PIN #, on the receipt ... and see how to pay your bill by *611 here a > photo
or from online to buy it here > Recharge For Public //\\ recharge.com \\// Top-up Public Mobile Recharge.
and then contact PM support team by > CS_Agent to change email and set new password.
and change the community email address by yourself My settings - Community (publicmobile.ca)
to keep all accounts for same email for rewards,

@Viviane009 if you remember the 4 digits PIN, you can use *611 and pay there
or you can buy voucher from retails like SDM/711/Shell and load using *611
But for long term, you should have the email address changed on My Account. Just open ticket with PM support and this can usually be done within a day
