no more retail?

Hello,

I was really looking forward to changing over today but I was told that Public Mobile has pulled out of all retail locations and has moved to strictly online.  I still ordered my SIM card this morning and will patiently wait but not being able to be set up on the spot was disappointing.   Any idea why?

Go to Find TELUS Stores Near you  or  Koodo Stores  in person to buy it SIM card, and give a cal to found out which store has it. some store sold out.

@Momma22 ordering from PM site directly could be long, it could be between a week to 3 weeks for delivery

Best way is to get it from local Telus and Koodo store

I got my sim card from PM in about 6 day’s, if you are in a hurry you can also get a sim from Telus or Koodo stores in your area. They are also available on Amazon.

@Momma22 well like you say they decided to adopt an online only policy cut out the middle man I guess, you still can pick up a sim at a koodo or telus location if you don't wnat to wait
