I have an account with a mobile card, and I need to verify it every time I log in. But now the bound email and mobile phone verification can't be used, what should I do? How can I log in to my account online without verification?

Which email password you forgot? PM login email or other email? If it's other email then you can reset password for other email. Then login PM account, PM will send 2FA code to your other email.

First gain access to your account. You can ask agent for assistance with this matter.
Then disable 2FA and you will be able to log in only with email/password.

@doriszheng17 , generally when logging in you have a choice of where 2FA code is sent. If the account is suspended then only email option is available. That said, within the self serve account is an option to disable 2FA. What do you mean the bound email cannot be used? Do you need an email change? If so, use the chatbot link to initiate a support ticket.

You should contact C's agents to change the email associated with the account.
Once logged in you can also turn off 2fa

@doriszheng17 Get your verification either sent to your email address or phone instead.
Once you finally login to your account, you can turn off the verification required to login in the future.
