How can I get the pre authorized payments?

Definitely a good business decision. Just sucks for the user.

@MATTHEWS  Yes and I’m sure the PM CEO realized that when they made that switch to the new point rewards system for new customers . And probably hope those on points b don’t pay to much attention and forget to ever redeem the points as it extra step to put towards bill . With old rewards there are automatically added you your available funds for next renewal no need for extra step if redeeming them

Dang! That is a rip off for anyone who has less than a $40 bill.

@MATTHEWS  That’s for customers in the old legacy $ rewards those in the points system don’t get that they instead get 5% back in points in the bill payment instead . And once you have 15 points you can redeem $15!off your bill from the rewards portal in your account
