Simon is a royal pain!
Keeps going around in circles.
I can not submit a ticket.
If there is no customer support I may be trying to sign up with the wrong provider.
Very frustrated, been over an hr trying to jump through hoops.

@Skilling - what seems to be the issue? Maybe the community can help.
Two ways to contact CSA:
1- Put in a ticket through SIMon Bot (usually faster method to get in contact with the Public Mobile Customer Support agents=CSA) by clicking here:

OR
2- Private message CSA here (slower method) by clicking here:

Try the 2nd option above it SIMon bot is causing issues.
