Hi,
I lost my sim card two days ago, so I do need to swap the sim into a new sim chip. How can I able to do that. I am looking for your help guys. Thanks.

to make sim card change, login to My Account, click Quick links and Change SIM card. (or on Mobile browser, change to the profile page, click Edit Account Info from the very end of the page , then you will see a section about Change SIM Card Number).
Enter the new sim card number and follow the steps

tried use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
To Login Page
on the top corner use quick links.
