Did you receive an activation email from public mobile when you activated here?
If so, your account number would normally be listed in the To line of the email. Try checking your email for this.
OR, have you never registered for a My Account yet, where you can find your Account Number? This is possible if you activated in-store.

HI @szp2022 Account number is in the Profile page of My Account
For My Account, you can try to use the Reset password there and try with all your email addresses. if it get to the 2nd step there, you got the correct one
If you cannot reset password that way, open ticket with CS agent:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
