I recently switched from Public Mobile to Telus. I need to download my bill history for the last few months, but since I'm no longer a customer the system won't let me log in. When I try to log into public mobile, the system knows I had an account and even asks me for my 2FA but logging in immediately takes me back to login screen.
I can't open a ticket since I'm no longer able to login and there's no phone number to call. What can I do?

When you port out to another company, your PM account is closed. If you can't submit a ticket for CSA help, you can private message CSA:
