How can I Receive my Monthly or Annual Payment Receipt?

For tax filing, I need to keep my monthly/annual payment receipt history. Can I download such history as PDF file from my online Public Mobile account?

You can print out your monthly bill when you login to your Self Serve account and go to View History Payment. Remember to click on the drop down menu and change it to last 30 days.

@Sherry1313 - you can view your Payment History and every payment cycle pdf screen shots or copy paste into excel.

 

Let screenshots be your friend here at Public Mobile. 

I do miss the regular 'book keeping' with having statements..and my screenshots and copy and pasting is making for lots of electronic record keeping...but it does the trick for me.

@Sherry1313   PM does not generate invoice on a regular basis.  However, you can open a ticket with PM to have them  prepare and send invoices on demand.   It might take couple weeks for them to prepare, so, it is best to request the invoices  every couple months

To open ticket with PM to request the invoice:


1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.

**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply and work with you  via messaging there
