So I am assuming your found your old SIM so you can confirm to the SMS text from old carrier.

Yes, if you have disposed the SIM card, it might be an issue.  But Call Rogers to arrange first.  If they are ok you port without you reply the text, then call back the PM porting team number I sent you and ask PM to re-trigger the process.

@kandee1   How long you have request porting?  did you reply to a text from your old carrier to approve the porting within 90 minutes?

 

I will private message you a phone number to call, it is Porting support team and they will provide you update and assist.  Please check your Community inbox on the top right, envelope icon

 

(You probably don't need to open ticket, just call the number, quicker)
