The formula for the Rewards is kept a secret but it is related to how many bravos and how many solved solutions.

If you joined PM before January 25/22, you will be on the old Rewards system for monthly $ credit. After the date, you are on the Points system. The Rewards will be given on the system you are on.

New customers after January 2022 will get Points rather than Rewards.  it's an unknown formula...at least to us in the Community Forum. If you're able to positively contribute to questions posed.  Be sure to Bravo posts that you find helpful. Do some reading in the archives and learn how PM issues are solved...then answer questions when you can. Next thing you know...you'll get Points added to your account that you can use to lower your bill or buy add-ons. I don't think anyone really knows how it's calculated.

I think I can share my experience here with you. I just started last month helping on this forum. I'm just a regular guy with personal knowledge and experience with cell phones and my 4 years with Public Mobile and help I've received from other members here. Along with their help, I've learned how to fix several issues of my own. Enough info to help others. Once again, I started just last month helping people, sharing my experiences and giving bravos to people who I feel have given the correct answer or has gone out of their way to help the member even more. So with just this one month so far of helping out here, I earned $10 towards my phone bill. And truth be told, I owe it all to the great members here in the forums.
