Holiday 1GB Data

When you got the 1GB over the holidays, was it for a limited time? I got it but it's no longer showing on my account

@kelvarnsen and I believe also no warning notifications as you approach using up your add-on data either.

 

Meaning no data usage warnings at all (usually at 75% and 95%) until there is no longer any domestic data add-on active on your account.

There is also no warning when you go from your standard monthly data to your bonus data.

If you don't see it listed under "Data & Add-On" in the overview when logged into self-serve, you've used it up, and it's gone.

@stephyloo  it stays on your plan until its used up.  I got one too, and its still there.

Then you probably used it up

Check your usage, you can sort it by type

It was available for a limited time. It was a one time add-on gift. Use it all and it's done.
