can you login My Account and use email to receive the 2FA code?
login My Account, then for 2FA code, click Resend code and choose Send email, get the code via email and login. Then go to Payment page, click Manage Subscription and toggle off Subscribed
if you cannot login to do this, then you need t ask PM to disable it for you, message them using this link:
