Hi there, I just registered an account with Public Mobile and I tried to purchase the eSim for the 6g, $23/month package but everytime i log in and click on 'resume activation', it says 'encountered problem'. Please help.

you didn't start the activation using the app?
try to use the PM app to start the process again.
if you get the same error "Resume activation" , and if you didn't pay PM for the activation yet, it is better to uninstall the app first, then reboot and reinstall. Then after the app is reinstalled, use a different email address to setup another account, it should work

@CamillaXin have you installed the Public Mobile app on your device and signed in? You will need to complete the activation through the app
