Hi I can’t receive any calls and when I try to log into my app, it requires me to enter verify code by receiving on the phone, which I can’t receive so I’m stuck, unable to reach the customer service …

Did you just transfer your number? I had the issue when I transferred because I took the old SIM out too early. 

Try: Remove the old provider's sim card from the phone, then to turn the phone off and then back on and to test the calls, the text messages and the data.

Did you send a direct message to "CS_Agent"? I messaged regarding a number transfer issue and they replied within a couple of hours and had it resolved!
