Hi, I am locked out trying to log in

can I get help, it says if you forgot password click this link, I did, but public mobile says I've been locked out and need to contact you guys, thanks cheers

If you could wait for 1 hours it will be re activate your account.

Mostly it should work after 1 hour .

 

If not please reach moderator or create ticket for your issue.

Try using a different browser and incognito mode.  Also clear your cache and cookies then reboot.  If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a moderator.
