@tamaraxo12 Doing the steps doesn't buy the add-on if the funds aren't there yet. It only adds funds. I know that doesn't make sense but that's the way it is. Do the process again to buy it.

i added the funds and bought the add on and it went thru from my bank but didnt get added on to my account

If the money is still in available funds, go back and purchase the add-on now. It doesn't let you buy an add-on if the funds aren't there.yet.
