I can't log into my account, I don't want to lose my rewards  this site/ app is not user friendly  at all. I need some onein  Tech support to help me

Just did, the website is horrible to work with, 100% not user-friendly, but the thing is I loged into it on May 22 and than may 24 it all change I couldn't log in and can't see my account, I can't change my plan or my credit card...

Please try to reset password, the new passwords need numbers and special characters
After that please try to login, if your sim is not active try resending the pin, you will have option of emailing pin
If all fails you can contact customer support here https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

@Stephannie   No need to worry

You are now login as @Stephannie   on the Community.  Did you use the same email address to login My Account before?  At this stage, you will just need to link your My Account together, but you need to receive a sms on your phone for this process. 

If you don't have the phone beside you ,   Try these workarounds, it could bypass the SMS in linking My Account with EverSafe ID

  1. Reset your password to self service account. Once reset, sign in again with new password. Might be able to receive 2FA via email instead to gain access.
  2. Potential workaround (for some): If you don't have access to SMS OTP, try entering an incorrect OTP code 4 times. For some individuals, this is giving the option of an email instead.

If none of those workarounds helps,  please open ticket with support and have them to help in this situation:
