Someone stolen my phone and then port out my number and now I have a new sim card and phone could I get back my same plan for free and my balance I had

Well I know what the solution for me was.... was that little "report" button below my private message. Then a CSA replied that "took care of the OP"and they won't be sending anymore messages seeking help. Hopefully that included an IP address ban as well..

Maybe you should get a landline it much harder for your phone to be stolen. I will ask @Angelface  if they can get you a free one. Then both you and your husband Mario can have phone service.

@CountyDownIeUk honest, I think it is hard.. for example, the IP we got from ISP will change.  And if users use mobile data, blocking on IP level would even be harder

 

Also, this is no major sites like banks,  ISP won't help much..  and I am certain PM won't put in to much effort and resources on this topic too.  There are more pressing  things on the list for PM to fix already.

Better get a $15 plan running then no plan at all, I think

then just wait i guess.. report to police first.. if they catch the bad guy quick, maybe you can get the phone back earlier.. maybe..

 

in the meantime, nothing you can do .. I want to help but I have no $50  😞 ..  just wait till dec 2.. only 25 days or so more.

I think Mary should check.  Just in case @Sarahmulder289  not just lost the phone.. maybe something more going on and Sarah is in fact in danger.
