Try "Forgot Password" with different email ids what you were using at the time of account creation and wait for the reset password confirmation email.

you can try Forgot your password visit Here link, and enter your email address,
or Explain your issue to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent ,
they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

@Paul4646 have you tried the forgot password link? Enter the email you have used or tried with the possible one you might have used, then answer the security question and you can reset the password yourself
If you are unable to get the correct email address, you can open a ticket with PM directly using the Chatbot on the lower right:
Type: forgot log in information
click "Contact Us"
click " Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then directed to another page to open the ticket
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community inbox (top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

Edit: You can check in all your email accounts around the date of your PM activation for a welcome message from PM. That would give you the correct email address to use the "FORGOT PASSWORD" feature.
