Error says unauthorized. Chatbot says to contact support via private message. I’m not aware of my payments not processing, but even if so, there’s no way for me to login and check.

Even if your service is stopped, you still be able to login, what is the error when you login?
How long has you service stopped? When was the last time you pay your subscription fee?

Hm when I dial it just says call failed! And when I try to log in it says contact customer service…so I’ve sent a private message I guess that’s all I can do?

if you call 1-855-4PUBLIC and check your account status, does it tell you your account is suspended?
maybe you can buy a voucher and pay using voucher to get the account back first
