Chat says its supposed to be within 30 minutes. I really hope that it's not until tomorrow, that's ridiculous.

I have sent a message to CS Agent. It's been over 45 minutes with no response.

How do I verify my account ownership? Which instructions?

Error says unauthorized. Chatbot says to contact support via private message. I’m not aware of my payments not processing, but even if so, there’s no way for me to login and check. 

Yeah I don’t have access to another phone. Not helpful.
