Help with Upgrading Please.

I am trying to change my current plan from the $15 to the $50 (Canada).

When I do I see the screen and when I click try out more options, I get the error "

Server Error in Application "PUBLIC MOBILE COMPANY PORTAL"

Internet Information Services 7.5

Error Summary HTTP Error 403.14 - Forbidden The Web server is configured to not list the contents of this directory."

I can't say it has been an issue on my end before.


Possibly less the amount of tabs than how much bandwidth they are using. FB can be a data and/or bandwidth hog, depending on settings. Before tweaking the settings, I've had PM website loading time out while FB was loading a video just fine tight beside it.

Thank you everyone. Got it now, great. Used my cel phone instead.

Just by looking at your screenshot you have way too many tabs open. The pm website likes all of your computer's attention on it. Follow these tips to success...

 

  1. Clear your browser.
  2. Reboot your device.
  3. Open one tab only.
  4. Use secret/incognito mode.
  5. Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge ( in your case) work best.

Using these tips should lead to an error free experience when making a change within your self serve account.

@NicoleStates   Maybe try a different browser (Edge/Firefox/Chrome) or Incognito Mode or clear the cache

 

If still not working, try on a different machine

 

there seems to be some issue with the site late.

@NicoleStates Your self-serve account did not load properly. This is usually corrected if you use Incognito/Private browsing mode. So try that and then try to change your plan.

No worries, this can happen.

 

Trying a whole different device can help, and/or open a TAB in incognito to log into Self Serve.

 

Sometimes, it is best if you just try again in 15 minutes or so.

i suggest you can try it for a different Browser
and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,

how to clear cache and cookies in microsoft edge browser visit Here  

and use a Browser from your computer,is better

use Browser microsoft edge or chrome latest version
and just make sure your Browser is up to date update
sometime is the Browser is not update is give a issue.

for microsoft edge how to update your browser visit Here 

and Restart your computer, is will help a lot,

 

and if you use a home internet please do one thing take your power internet off for about

a 1 minute and put it back on,to refreshing your network,
