Help to cancel a service

RobBC

Hi, I need to cancel my service as I lost my phone. I can log in into my account to go cancel it myself as it asked for the eversafe code that is been send to the phone that we lost.

I tried private messaging an agent, tried facebook and instagram messages. No answer.

Watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond to you.

@RobBC  ok so if you already send message to support yesterday don’t send one again and they should still get to you . pM acknowledged. A issue with ticketing system reply’s ATM . Here have a look for yourself

If you click on Resend Code…it will give you the option to send the 2FA code by email.

If you are able to verify your Account with the Customer Support Agent and get a new SIM Card if you send them the SIM Number, they'll be able to Activate it from the backend for you.

Than when you sign in, you'll be able to get the code to your new SIM Card, everytime after the first sign in you'll have an option to 'Resend the code' to your Email.

Once singed in you can disable Automatic/Pre-Authorized Payments, once your billing date ends your Account will fall suspended and will close 90 days after.

Had you already set up the new login system? If so then click on the resend code or didn't get a code link and an email option should show up.

Other things to try would be to reset the password and then try logging in with the new password and then click the did not get code and the email option might appear.
Or type in random 6 digits 4 times. The email option might appear in did not get code.

Adding - or if you know your 4 digit account pin then you can dial 1-855-4pu-blic from another phone and turn off autopay. That would stop the next renewal if you don't have enough balance.
