monthly fee double charge

Hi,

My cell phone number is 647-xxx-xxxx and Public Mobile is the service provider. I checked my credit card bill and I found public mobile has charged me twice on Sept 9th. $38.42 each time. Please confirm if it is an error at your end, and a refund will be released as soon as possible.

you sure they are not pending charge? and how you "decline" ? if you did a chargeback with the bank, it might affect your service . Proper way to deal with it is to open ticket with PM

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

@Desheng please be advised we are clients like you. No personal information should be posted here. If you have a double charge on your account you could use the chatbot to submit a ticket for Public Mobile to review. Did you make a change to your account recently? Is this the first time you've seen this?  Credits do remain on your account for next cycle.

Hello @Desheng 

Please remove your number from your post. These are public forums... not private!! 

Next, contact your credit card company and confirm with them that it is in fact a double charge and not one charge and one pending. The pending will go away on it's own. If your credit card company tells you it IS a double charge, then you can reach a CS Agent this way. But I'm 100% sure it's a pending charge only.
