I have invite my friends as newcome to public mobile , when we try to putted payment information number and it said unvalid card . Any help please and thank you

but a suggestion, uninstall the app and install. Use a another email to setup a new account and activate from there. Use another credit card if possible

If you have the correct card number and details ensure your card isn’t locked or prevented from international charges (depending on where your card is from).

A couple ideas. One, make sure you turn on location in their privacy settings. Then, if it's an Android, go into the app settings and clear the cache, then clear the data and then reboot the phone and try again. This happened to my neighbor and this is how I fixed that error.
If that doesn't work, it may be the card itself. Is it a prepaid credit card? What card is it? Don't share any numbers here as this is a public site. Mastercard, Visa? Is it an actual credit card or is it a bank version.

@NhatDinh When you open the app be sure to allow location on , and the card must match that of the postal code where the card was sent
