Good Afternoon,
Switched my daughters phone and her number and plan did not transfer over. Let our subscription run out and just repaid and subscribed to a new plan but she does not have a SIM card. So she has a plan, but no SIM and her texting and number does not work or ring to her phone. How do I get a SIM set up for her? She has an iPhone 13

I don’t know how she has an account if she doesn’t have a SIM. She needs to activate SIM or eSIM on the PM app to get an account.
She will need to download the PM app on her phone then purchase a SIM or eSIM.
A SIM will take longer (up to 3 weeks from PM) but eSIM can be purchased right away on the app.

Is her phone capable of an esim? If so I believe you an get one through her app
