Hi experts there
I have a typo on the email while registering PM account. Although the account is active and plan/data is normal, I'm trying to correct the email typo.
Unfortunately, after I follow the information in this community, I keep getting login issues following the chat bot suggested flow to find an operation expert.
Therefore, I'm asking for an expert PM operator to help reply this email so that I can msg him/her for the detail problem scenario and find potential solution.
Thank you very much!
Karen

You can also private message a CS_Agent and explain your email address mistake or like others have mentioned to go through the SIMon chat button.

In order to change your email....even a minor change you will be asked extra verification questions about your account that may include payment details. Make sure you have that info available to you. As suggested put "Change self serve email address" in the subject line and send a detailed message to customer support. Check your community private message box in the morning for a message from a CSA.
To contact customer support click below:

To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #.

If the chatbot ticket is giving trouble then there is an option to send a direct msg to CS_Agent to get this rectified.

The only way to make this correction is to ask a customer support agent to prerform this action. Please open the following link at Chat with Public Mobile (tiia.ai) and from there, type in "change self serve e-mail address".
