Someone lately gapped out in the shipping department and has been shorting orders or forgetting to add sim cards at all. Contact customer support and include your order number and explain the issue and ask for either a credit or another card to be shipped out to you.

This has been happening a lot lately. Just send a private message to CS_Agent with your order details so they can get you the extra SIM.
