How can i do to get in my account for self service if i forgot my email, how can i change the email adresse or make a new account with the same.number ?

Try looking for your registration email. If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.

If you forgot which email address you registered your self service account, you could check your various email accounts for the welcome email from Public mobile. When you first activated a PM number, PM would have sent you an email.
Then you can reset the password,

To change the email address associated with your self service account, you will need to contact moderator.
To contact moderator via 2 methods:
Click on the question mark on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator. Type: Contact moderator. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.
